Vegan, Eco-conscious Jewelry
Jules Grande™ is a sustainable bench jeweler/metalsmith. She received a degree in jewelry & metalsmithing from MassArt. Grande’s work has recently appeared in Metalsmith magazine and the 2023 MassArt Auction. Upon accepting her degree, she received the Irving Cooper Award from Mobilia Gallery, and the Chairman’s Award and New England Chapter Award from the International Precious Metals Institute.
The core of my art practice centers around incorporating, embodying, and honoring nature through sustainable and ethical practices. I follow a vegan lifestyle and my jewelry and jewelry-making methods are also eco and animal conscious. My beliefs in veganism further aligns my art practice to respect the natural world, complemented by my use of levity as a tool for connection.
